I love cooking with little fella, we try to do something new every week. I've done loads of healthy creations lately, so this time we went for the chocolatey good stuff, BROWNIES!
Ingredients
150g Butter
65g Unsweetened Coco Powder
200g Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100g plain flour
Microwave safe dish
Step one: Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 - 40 seconds. Then add sugar, coco and vanilla in that order, mix well.
Sugar.
Coco Powder.
Vanilla.
Mix.
Step two: Add eggs, slightly whipping after each one. Add flour and mix well.
Flour.
Stir all flour in, looks like a dough.
Step three: Grease proof a microwave safe dish. Cook high 4-5 mins if your microwave is powerful less time will be needed. (I cooked mine for 4 mins)
Step four: Rest 10 mins then leave over night in the fridge.
Step five: shovel brownies in mouth and enjoy.
They taste better than the look haha
